Products:
150 gr. pork per person,
200 g. onions,
100 gr. mushrooms,
100 gr. carrots,
200 gr. roasted pepper,
1 tomato,
40-50 gr. oil,
black pepper, parsley, savory, salt, pepper.
Preparation:
In a deep pan fry the vegetables - onion, mushrooms, carrots, sliced and roasted pepper. After that add the grated tomato and cook on low heat until the sauce is thickened.
Separately, fry the pieces of meat and sprinkle with paprika. Add the vegetables. Add a cup of warm water and salt. In the final stage pour the vegetables and the meat in a clay pot, add savory and parsley and bake in a pre-heated oven.
Optionally, before withdrawing the hot pot from the oven in each pot cup can be added an egg.
